Job Summary
Unigraf is seeking dedicated and skilled Installation Team Members to join our dynamic operations team. As an Installation Team Member, you will play a crucial role in bringing our innovative designs to life on-site. You will be responsible for the precise and safe assembly, installation, and dismantling of structures, furniture, and graphics for events, interior fit-outs, retail displays, and digital printing projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality on every project.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Vocational training or certification in carpentry, fabrication, general construction, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in on-site installation, assembly, or a similar hands-on role in events, interior fit-out, retail furniture, or signage/graphics.
Job Summary
We are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to oversee projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage client accounts from briefing to project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, design, etc.).
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ account management or client service experience in Dubai.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- English fluency (Arabic is a plus).

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research and prepare proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales in Dubai.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- English fluency (Arabic is a plus).
